The Person Behind NextEp
Javier Rotllant
Javier is a former Associate Partner at Bain & Company with over 13 years of experience in strategy consulting. After 9+ years at Bain, he progressed from Associate to AP, working directly with CEOs and leadership teams from the most demanding companies.
As an evaluator, he has conducted more than 300 MBB interviews, participated in 40+ transformation projects, and has unique insight into exactly what top firms look for when evaluating candidates. He understands both sides: the client side and the evaluator side.
NextEp MBB was born from a conviction: that elite preparation should not be a luxury, but an accessible reality for any candidate willing to work.
